General Guidelines for Services
Entrance and Reception Areas
The reception area will be cleaned each service to make sure your giving your customers and visitors the best first impression possible.
Glass Doors: All entry glass doors will be cleaned inside and out each service.
Window Sills: All window sills will be dusted daily.
Furniture: All furniture will be dusted and/or wiped daily as needed to maintain the highest level of cleanliness.
Magazines will be put away and organized in an orderly manner.
Blinds: Blinds will be dusted daily.
Counters: Reception desk/counters will be wiped daily with an approved cleaner.
Tile Floors: Floors will be swept and/or vacuumed and damp mopped each service.
Carpeting: Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed each service.
General and Executive Areas
Special Care will be given in these areas to make sure all the employee’s and executive’s have a clean environment to work in.
Dusting: All desks, file cabinets, copy machines, tables, bookshelves, etc. will be dusted on a regular schedule .
Desks: All cleared desk tops will be damp wiped .
Computer monitor tops and bases will be dusted as well as other desk items, i.e. picture frames, calculators, etc.
Telephones: Telephone headsets will be wiped with an approved disinfectant and the keypad’s dusted as to not damage the telephones electronics.
Window Sills: All window sills will be dusted .
Blinds: Blinds will be dusted on a daily basis .
Carpets: All traffic areas will be vacuumed daily and a thorough edge to edge vacuuming done.
Tile Floors: All traffic areas will be swept/vacuumed daily and spot mopped with a thorough edge to edge damp mopping done with an OSHA approved cleaner.
Trash: Trash will be collected and removed daily.
Trash lids will be cleaned and trash liners will be replaced from customer inventory * or ours per requested order.
Recycle: We are very “Green” friendly and will take out your recyclable items if you have a program in place.
Finger marks: All smudges around door handles and light switches will be removed to improve the general appearance of the area .
Interior Glass: Interior glass will be cleaned with a thorough professional cleaning solution .
Drinking Fountains: Drinking fountains will be cleaned and sanitized daily.
Baseboards: Baseboards will be dusted daily.
High Dusting: All picture frames, shelves, partitions, etc. that are above 10’ and below 16’ will be dusted on a regular basis.
Cob webs will be removed from all ceiling areas .
Furniture: Furniture will be dusted, vacuumed or wiped on a daily basis .
Lunchroom and Kitchen Areas
These areas will receive extra care as to keep them in a clean, sanitary condition.
Tile Floors: Tiled areas will be swept / vacuumed and damp mopped each service with an OSHA approved cleaner.
Carpets: Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed each service.
Furniture: Tables, chairs and counter tops will be wiped each service with an OSHA approved cleaner.
Cabinets: Cabinet doors will be wiped daily.
Trash: Trash will be collected and removed daily .
Trash lids will be cleaned and trash liners will be replaced from the Customer’s inventory * or ours per requested order.
Microwaves: Microwaves will be cleaned and wiped daily.
Dispensers: Towel and soap dispensers will be re-stocked each service from Customers inventory or ours per requested order.
Refrigerator: The refrigerator will have the outside doors cleaned each service, the top as well , interior cleaned if requested .
Extra care will be used to maintain a clean and sanitary condition of the restrooms.
Tile Floors: Tiled areas will be swept / vacuumed and damp mopped each service with an OSHA approved disinfectant and cleaner.
Fixtures: Toilets, seats, urinals, and sinks will be cleaned and sanitized each service. All metal work will be cleaned and polished.
Dusting: Partition tops, ceiling vents/fans and vanity light bulbs will be dusted as needed.
Mirrors: Mirrors will be cleaned each service.
Trash: Trash will be collected and removed daily. Trash lids will be cleaned and trash liners will be replaced from the Customer’s inventory * or ours per requested order .
Supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap will be re-stocked each service from Customers inventory or ours per requested order.
Exam Rooms/Lab Areas
Exam Rooms/Lab Areas: Each exam room/lab area will be thoroughly cleaned as the other areas but include sink cleaning and re-stocking of the towels and hand soap from Customers inventory or ours per requested order .
Extra care will be given to maintain a higher level of clean and sanitization by using OSHA approved disinfectants and standards.
*Supplies: We can provide and supply and bill you separately for toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash liners, air freshener, sanitary napkins, seat covers, etc. as an optional service if desired .
Carpet Cleaning: We offer professional “truck mount” Steam carpet cleaning at competitive rates.(FREE FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AS A WELCOME )
VC Tile: We offer all forms of vc tile maintenance to include; stripping and waxing, scrub and recoating, and buffing.
