 MAIDS ON DEMAND   provides each crew a comprehensive checklist and notes according to your instructions for each cleaning. Our management team also personally conducts random on site and telephone quality checks in order to insure our quality of service remains first rate.

If you're unhappy with any area of your home that we've cleaned, just call within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free of charge .if you are still not happy after the re clean ,the service is 100% free or you may choose to accept  a partial credit toward your next cleaning.


Referral Credit


MAIDS ON DEMAND   Members can receive $49 face value total cost for deep clean package ($110 value)   for referring another client. Credit will be applied after the new client has had (1)  visits.

MAIDS ON DEMAND   Members can receive  one free clean for referring another client. Credit will be applied after the new client has had (3)  consecutive visits (maids-service-recurring)..Offer does not apply to one time customers.

Agreement.


1-There is no term to this agreement. Client may cancel at any time for any reason. We  also reserves the right to discontinue service at any time for any reason.
2-All services performed are on a “payment at time of service” basis unless authorized in advance. Automatic payment options are available upon request and will be billed to a credit card held on file. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 return check fee. For invoice customers, balance is due in full by the 15th of each month for the previous invoice. Any balance past due are subject to a 5% late fee. In the event this matter is referred to an attorney or collections agent, the client will be responsible for court costs, attorney fees, and/or collection agency fees.
3-We do our best to be as flexible as we can with the schedule. If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Client will be not be charged any fees if canceling with less than 24 hours notice. (0 % during peak holiday season) Lock-out is viewed and treated as a cancellation.

(we have no cancellation fees to make you happy and provide peace of mind to our members but please be nice and let us know in advance so we can offer the time to another member who may need the cleaning on that day and also keep the maids busy so their pay check will not decline or get effected .(Members who are on weekly-bi weekly-monthly schedule who abuse this NO CANCELLATION FEE POLICY will be automatically dropped from the list and the account will be put on A call to call basis with the call to call basis price .
4-If there are any items that you would like to have cleaned that falls outside of our published checklists please communicate those needs to the office at the time of booking or 24 hours prior to your Scheduled maid service  . The crews are not responsible for additional items being added by the member at the time of service

(because they have other homes on the schedule for that day and we do not want the maids to be late for the next member ).

5-If you do have a request while the crew is present please contact the office immediately and we can make adjustments with the crew as needed

(in most cases your personal maids are nice and polite and will be very happy to assist you with any additional task as long as you establish good communication by leaving a note on the kitchen counter ).
6-For the safety of your maids ,MAIDS ON DEMAND    reserves the right to close our offices at any time, due to inclement weather or due to medical emergency .
7-Although greatly appreciated, please understand that tipping is not required.If you wish to tip

(The best way to tip is in cash since it motivate the maids on the spot and they use the extra cash for gas and lunch while in traffic from home to home)
8-While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items (whether monetary or sentimental) be stored and/or not cleaned by our staff.  MAIDS ON DEMAND  must be notified within 24 hours of service if unreported damage is discovered.
8-If we are specifically requested to dust/clean FLAT SCREEN TV / inside of a hutch/china cabinet, dust any computer equipment Or any electronic instruments  or wash dishes, client agrees to not hold MAIDS ON DEMAND    or any of its maids  responsible for damage to any article or component.
9-MAIDS ON DEMAND    is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood floors,Plumbing pipes etc......) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. If you do have delicate or natural stone surfaces please let our office know immediately so that we may be prepared to provide the proper cleaning procedure and chemicals .
10-The safety of our maids  is an important issue. Therefore, all firearms in a client’s home must be stored and locked.
11-MAIDS ON DEMAND   reserves the right to re-evaluate rates and/or change the Service Agreement at any time.

We want our clients to be satisfied with the work we perform and we welcome feedback and comments to help us increase members satisfaction. 12-Please lock Jewelry/Expensive/Non Replaceable items/ Etc... in your safe .

13 VALUABLES
All maids offering Cleaning Services will have been subjected to background checks. However, each member should exercise caution and common sense to protect his/her personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with any person whom you do not know.MAIDS ON DEMAND   Cleaning Services recommends that valuables be stored away or placed in a safe on the day of cleaning.
14-Insurance Claims for missing jewelry or cash require police report and conviction /prosecution in court .

(our maids are very honest and we make sure that we only hire family and friends and others who All are background checked and certified)

(If you suspect or believe or witness  that your personal maids have committed a felony theft please call 911 Immediately.(or your local police department )


15-If your personal maids enter your home not wearing  the uniform ( $5 instant discount NO QUESTION ASKED )

16-Please respect  Maids On Demand   policy in order for us to provide professional and reliable cleaning service to all our members and allow us to keep out prices low .
17-By you confirming your maid service call and allowing the maids to clean your home and allowing the maids to enter your home it means that you understand  the service agreement and you agree to all the terms of our service agreement .

(service agreement is terms and conditions of service not  a contract )

18-When carrying out our services, we shall not be responsible for moving heavy or bulky furniture or appliances and for cleaning areas not accessible by hand

(you may move heavy items such as couch /sofa/stove/refrigerator /area rugs etc.....prior to your scheduled maid service to allow the maids enough time to focus on cleaning not moving and also by not moving boxes, heavy furniture, or other objects will greatly reduce the risk of injury )
19-You are to grant us access to your premises at the stipulated times and shall have an adult  present in your premises, if necessary.

(on first visit we advise that you meet your personal maids and talk to them first .

 (if you do not feel the vibe or the chemistry call the office and we will cancel and  will try to reschedule with a different crew ) 

if you like the maids then start with a home tour.in which you will give your housekeepers a general idea of what needs to be done in each room.
If you are getting a good vibe from the maids  go  into a bit of detail on your expectations. 
20-You are to provide us with specific instructions should you have any objections to our standard cleaning procedures.
21-You are to take all reasonable precautions to protect your valuables and properties from theft  at all times when your personal maids at your premises to carry out their work.
22-Everybody’s health matters – We ask that you notify our office if you or anyone in your family is sick or has a contagious illness so that we can take precautions and or reschedule your maid service .

(Secondly, but still important we will not send one of our team members to your home if we find that they are ill.)


23-Teams: Our cleaners work in teams of two or more depending on the job. A team leader will be assigned to your home. We make every effort to keep the same team leader
and team assigned to your home. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee it will be the same leader due to illness, promotions, vacations,or termination  etc.

(please do not try to steal our maids or ask them to clean your home without office approval) .

24-Maids On Demand   works hard to make your life easier by finding -training-and arranging the maids to clean and take care of your home in an honest and professional 

manner .If you act in an contrary to what is usual, traditional, or accepted; not orthodox by hiring the maids without our knowledge then the maids  will be Immediately 

terminated with bad references and may be subjected to fines and penalties or legal law suit Breach of  non-solicitation agreement . and also the member service agreement with Maids On Demand  will be terminated .


25-We can guarantee that our maids are specifically trained and trusted and of course they will be respectful while in or around your home or business. They will not smoke, eat or drink while working, nor do they watch TV or play the radio . They will not answer the telephone or doorbell. Their only purpose while in your home is to clean.


26-Keys: Please make sure your home is accessible to us. Because your scheduled cleaning time may change on each occurrence, we appreciate a key to your home or even a lock box some where around the home.
27-our office: Each key will be coded (no reference to customer or company). Keys are maintained in a lock box except for the day of the cleaning. Keys will require a signature and identification at the time of release. 
28-Security Alarms: If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the “OFF” position. Otherwise, please inform our office of the correct codes and input sequence before your scheduled cleaning and leave your alarm in the “ON”. Please be sure to notify our office if this code or sequence changes.
29-Arrival Time: Please allow us the flexibility of scheduling our cleaning between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. We ask for a 1 hour window when it comes to scheduled time (The MAIDS will arrive between 8 am  and 5 pm). Cleanings are scheduled in an order that requires the least amount of drive time for each team. If you do require an AM or PM schedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, no times are guaranteed.
(AM ARRIVAL TIME 9 am - PM arrival time is 12 pm- LATE PM ARRIVAL TIME 3 PM -EVENING ARRIVAL TIME 6 PM .(ALL HAVE ONE HOUR WINDOW ) 

30-Holidays: Holidays observed by our company are Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day and New Year’s Day. Regular cleaning services will be offered on all other holidays. 
Should your regular cleaning fall on these days, our office will contact you 2 weeks prior to the holiday to reschedule your cleaning. If you wish to reschedule a cleaning that falls on another holiday throughout the year, please call the office at least 2 business days in advance.

​The law does not view restrictive covenants signed by independent contractors any differently than those signed by employees. 

31-No Hire Policy: When entering into an agreement for services with Maids On Demand  you agree not to solicit or hire directly any of the Maids  introduced to you for any services. If you are found to have solicited one of our Maids, be advised that our referral fee is $1,500 (covers training-background check-uniform-interview-references etc.... )payable immediately upon employing any of our Maids  for any services in your home or business.


​A non solicitation agreement is a contract in which the maid  agrees not to solicit a company's clients or customers, for her own benefit or for the benefit of a competitor, while working or after leaving the company.
